Car transportation is virtually unnecessary once you arrive in Chatham, as many area activities and attractions are located within walking distance of our bed and breakfast in Cape Cod, and ferries transport guests for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.How to get to the Old Harbor Inn To get to The Old Harbor Inn, take Sagamore Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal on to Route 6. Follow Route 6 to Exit 11. At the end of the exit ramp go left onto Route 137 south. Follow Route 137 through 2 intersections until it ends at Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28 and go for 3.4 miles, towards Chatham center. Go left at the rotary, staying on Route 28 south, which is Old Harbor Road. The Inn will be immediately on your right.
