Every thoughtful detail at our Chatham inn was put into place so that our guests would feel at home during their stay. To make your visit at our Cape Cod B&B pleasant and enjoyable, we have put several policies into practice. Please review the following policies and feel free to contact us at the Inn if you have any questions.

Check-in time: 3:00PM - 7:00PM unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival Check-out time: by 11:00AM please Reservation Policy Reservations of 1 - 4 nights: Full deposit required. Reservations of 5 nights or more: 50% deposit required with balance due upon arrival. Memorial Day weekend is a 3 night minimum. A 2-night minimum stay is required from  6/1 - 7/31 and 9/1 - 9/30 and 3 nights for all weekends.  10/1 to 10/31 require 2-night stay for all weekends - 3 nights for Columbus Day weekend. A 3-night minimum stay is required from 8/1 - 8/31 and 4 nights for all weekends. Extended stays of 7 nights or more will receive a 10% discount. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, travelers checks, personal checks, and cash. Check Availability

Cancellation Policy

• To receive a refund, all cancellations, including shortened stays, must be received 14 days prior to the first day of scheduled arrival.
• All refunds are less a $25.00 handling fee.
• Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. However, if the Inn is able to re-rent the cancelled accommodation, credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit less $25.00 handling fee.

Amenities

Enjoy Massachusetts lodging at its finest at The Old Harbor Inn. All of the guestrooms in our Cape Cod bed and breakfast have private, full baths and air conditioning. Guest phones are provided in common areas. Television/VCR combinations, CD alarm clock radios, and hair dryers are in all rooms, as well as bathrobes. Some rooms have fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Enjoy our fitness room with our compliments. Also, WiFi is available at no extra charge. The Inn maintains a smoke-free environment. Please, no candles. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to your credit card for smoking in the Inn. Ample parking is provided and your bicycles may be sheltered in our garage or secured on our bike rack. Sorry, no pets.
