Port Fortune

Port Fortune, a premium room, is one of the more unique at The Old Harbor Inn. Located on the second floor, you have the sense that you are walking in to your own private cottage. The painted exposed beams add to this impression.

The room is furnished in white wicker. The king sized bed has matching bed side tables. The bureau and mirror are also wicker. Even the floor lamp and coat rack are wicker. The window treatments and bed linens are the Rosemore Pattern from the Laura Ashley Collection.

The ceiling fan adds to the beach effect. The love seat is a Broyhill piece that can be converted to a twin bed for a third person(a $25 charge per night for an extra person). The writing desk complements the decor.

The refrigerator is stocked with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. The snack basket has cookies, crackers, peanuts and granola bars for your enjoyment. The CD alarm clock radio and flat screen TV/ DVD add to your enjoyment.

The library of over 100 disks is complimentary. Freshly popped popcorn is also complimentary. Port Fortune is air conditioned and has separate thermostats in the bed room and in the bath for your heating comfort. The full bath is decorated in the soft pastels of the bed room and has all the expected amenities as well as bath robes and a hair dryer.
