About Our Accommodations & Rates
Our lodging in Chatham, MA on Cape Cod has been designed with our guests’ utmost comfort in mind. All rooms are appointed with luxury, designer linens and Gilchrist & Soames luxury bath amenities. There are small refrigerators, TV/DVD combinations, CD alarm clock radios, hair dryers, air conditioning, bathrobes, complimentary soft drinks and bottled water and “Welcome snack baskets” as well as irons and ironing boards in all rooms. There are beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas to borrow for your trip to the beach, no need to pack them. You may borrow DVDs from our video library or use our fitness room. Hot coffee, tea and baked goods are available 24 hours a day. Umbrellas are available for walks on not-so-sunny days, a place to store your bicycles, laundry services (for a fee), free Wi-Fi throughout the property, free parking and concierge service with our compliments. And don’t forget our delectable, complimentary breakfasts!
Our accommodations are conveniently located to all of Cape Cod’s many wonderful activities and attractions. Often it is unnecessary for guests to drive their cars for days at a time.

LUXURY ROOMS
The Old Harbor Inn has four well-appointed luxury king and queen rooms that feature fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. These rooms are suitable for special occasions and will leave you feeling spoiled.
PREMIUM ROOMS
These two rooms located on the second floor are among the most popular at The Old Harbor Inn. They are equipped with all the comforts of home.
DELUXE ROOMS
The unique decor of these rooms is cozy and warm, yet elegant. Popular among honeymooners.
STANDARD ROOMS
Our standard rooms offer just enough seclusion to give sense of romantic isolation. Private entrances make it easy to enjoy direct access to outside and all of the common areas.
BUDGET ROOM
The budget room is long on amenities and short on cost. Comfortable and cozy this room is great for a quick Cape Cod get away.
All the rates are per room/per night, single or double occupancy and include a delectable full breakfast. Maximum capacity per room is two persons. Our Port Fortune and Stage Harbor rooms can accommodate three people. There is a $50 charge per night for the third person. State and local tax apply. All rates and polices are subject to change.Arrival Policy:
- Check-in time: 3:00PM – 9:00PM unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival
- Check-out time: by 11:00AM please
Reservation Policy:
- Reservations of 1 – 4 nights: Full deposit required.
- Reservations of 5 nights or more: 50% deposit required with balance due upon arrival.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required from 6/1 – 7/31 and 9/1 – 9/30 and 3 nights for all weekends.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required from 8/1 – 8/31 and 4 nights for all weekends.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required from 10/1- 10/31 for all weekends
- Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus day weekend is a 3-night minimum.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, travelers checks, personal checks, and cash.
Cancellation Policy:
- To receive a refund, all cancellations, including shortened stays, must be received 14 days prior to the first day of scheduled arrival.
- All refunds are less a $50.00 processing fee.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable. However, if the inn is able to re-rent the canceled accommodation, credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit less $50.00 processing fee.
Smoking Policy:
The Old Harbor Inn maintains a smoke-free environment. Please, no candles. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to your credit card for smoking in the inn.
Children and Pets:
Sorry, no children under age 12, and there are no facilities for pets on site.
