Every thoughtful detail at our Chatham, MA inn was put into place so that our guests would feel at home during their stay. To make your visit pleasant and enjoyable, we have put several policies into practice. Please review the following policies and feel free to contact us at the inn if you have any questions.

Reservation Policy
- Reservations of 1 - 4 nights: Full deposit required.
- Reservations of 5 nights or more:
50% deposit required with balance
due upon arrival.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required from
6/1 - 7/31 and 9/1 -
9/30
and 3 nights for all weekends.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required from
8/1 - 8/31 and 4 nights
for all weekends.
- Extended stays of 7 nights or more will receive a
10% discount.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt
of deposit.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, travelers checks, personal checks,
and cash.

Cancellation Policy
- To receive a refund, all cancellations, including shortened
stays, must be received 14 days prior to the first day of scheduled
arrival.
- All refunds are less a $25.00 handling fee.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival are nonrefundable.
However, if the Inn is able to re-rent the cancelled accommodation,
credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit less $25.00
handling fee.

Amenities
Enjoy Massachusetts lodging at its finest at The Old Harbor Inn. All of the guestrooms in our Cape Cod B&B have private, full baths and air
conditioning. Guest phones are provided in common areas. Television/VCR
combinations, CD alarm clock radios and hair dryers are in all rooms, as
well as bathrobes. Some rooms have fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Enjoy our
fitness room with our compliments. The Inn maintains a smoke-free
environment. Please, no candles. A $250 cleaning charge will be added to
your credit card for smoking in the Inn. Ample parking is provided and
your bicycles may be sheltered in our garage or secured on our bike
rack.
