Classic peach cobbler is always a hit when peaches are at their peak. We’ve made dozens of variations of this cobbler so we’re confident you’ll be thrilled with the results. A warm mixture of sweetened, juicy peaches, a biscuit-like dough and topped with vanilla ice cream makes for the perfect summer treat. This is the easiest peach cobbler you will ever make! It’s incredibly simple and comes together in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups fresh peaches

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Melt stick of butter in a 9x12 baking dish.

  3. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup of sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix to combine and pour over melted butter.

  4. In a separate bowl mix the peeled and cut peaches with the rest of the sugar.

  5. Spoon peaches over the mixture. DO NOT MIX!

  6. Cook 50 minutes to 1 hour or until brown and bubbly. Best to eat the same day warm and topped with your favorite ice cream.
